With FLEX, customers, brokers and underwriters can complete insurance applications online, get quotes, pay, bind, and receive policies and bonds while subscribers control their rating, underwriting, and workflow. Subscribers can reduce costs through automation, greatly increase their speed to market, and reduce their risks for launching new products.

FLEX has been active in the market since 2011 and has issued over 215,000 policies and bonds with more than $160 million of premium across more than 200 products. The first professional liability policy, first D&O policy, and first commercial surety, contract surety, fidelity and fiduciary bonds sold online in Canada were purchased through our platform. FLEX's predecessor, Innovator, was the first online insurance platform in Canada to sell commercial insurance of any kind.
