Investing in Graduates, Growing NL’s Tech Workforce: Info Session for Graduates Cohort Two

Description

This session is designed to help recent graduates learn how to take full advantage of the Graduate Transition Initiative. Attendees will receive a detailed overview of the initiative structure, eligibility, and funding support. The session will explain how hiring will be conducted directly by participating tech companies—meaning graduates will have the opportunity to apply to roles that match their interests and strengths. Attendees will also get a preview of the upcoming Mix & Mingle networking event (date to be announced), where they’ll have the chance to meet employers face-to-face and make meaningful connections that could lead to employment. 

Funding for this initiative has been provided by the Labour Market Development Agreement (LMDA) between the Government of Canada and the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador.

All Registered Participants and individuals on the waitlist will receive a link to attend virtually the day before the event if they choose to attend online.
